Optimizing

Are there any optimizing utilities for MSDE that can cleanup and reclaim
space?

Check out http://www.karaszi.com/SQLServer/info_dont_shrink.asp. Here,
you'll find a description of shrinking database files, all the reasons
why you should be very restrictive with this feature, and links to the
documentation that describes how to shrink a database file.
